Armando C. Soto, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a large and varied experience in advanced techniques for enhancement and reconstruction of the breast and body. He is Board Certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, and is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the clinical faculty of The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
