Here are some of our most popular cosmetic surgery procedures:

Liposuction

Whether genetics or age, some individuals have areas where there are collections of excessive fatty tissue. Sometimes these fatty areas can be corrected with diet and exercise, but sometimes they cannot. Liposuction is a surgical procedure that permanently removes these unwanted fat pockets.

Buttock Augmentation

The most common complaints related to the buttocks are:

Brazilian Butt Lift is the surgical enhancement of the buttocks by injecting one’s own fat cells harvested from the person’s own body at different levels across the buttocks. Not only is this helpful in getting rid of unwanted fat in areas of the thighs, hips and back, but it results in a fuller and rounder backside.

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation surgery has been proven to help women with many common complaints:

Women who elect to have a breast augmentation procedure have many decisions to consider including the size and type of implant, the location of the incision, placement of the implant and whether combining their procedure with a breast lift or tummy tuck is appropriate.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Surgery

Abdominoplasty, or a “tummy tuck,” is a common cosmetic surgery procedure for both men and women to flatten the stomach, tighten abdominal muscles and remove excess skin and fat.

Abdominoplasty generally takes one to two hours to perform, with a recovery period of about one to two weeks. A tummy tuck does result in a permanent scar; however Dr. Fortes can hide the scar below the underwear line.

Hair Restoration

Hair restoration procedures used to require difficult surgical procedures that resulted in a long linear scar and required significant recovery time and care. Today, incredible advancements in hair restoration technology allow patients to re-grow their own hair without surgery.

NeoGraft® is the first FDA-approved system for greater accuracy and a faster transplantation process. The process does not involve an incision so patients can return to their normal activities in just a few days, and does not result in any visible scarring.

Advances in cosmetic surgery

With today's advancements in medical technology, there is no reason to be unsatisfied with your physical appearance. Dr. Fortes can assess the complete individual from head to toe, ensuring that the cosmetic surgery procedures chosen flatter the entire person rather than just improving a particular body part.

The cosmetic surgery experience at our Houston area offices go beyond just the procedure itself. There are consultations, pre-surgical meetings, and important follow-up care. We are here for you through every step of your journey, ensuring that you have a friendly face and helpful answers to all your questions.
